RETURN & EXCHANGE
At It’s About Crafts, our primary objective is to deliver your prized purchases with great care and high-quality packaging. We have a “no exchange” policy and do not take returns of products which are delivered in perfect condition.
All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans of rural India, hence each individual product is unique as it slightly different from the others. Handicraft is based on uniqueness in uniformity, hence each piece of art is unique in itself.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We do not exchange products with other products, sold online through either our website or any other ecommerce platform such as www.amazon.com, www.flipkart.com etc.
- If a product is found to be damaged in transit and approved by our team, we will ship another piece of the same product within 10 days of the approval. In case we are unable to ship the same product, a refund will be initiated within 10 days of approval
- It’s About Crafts reserves the right to provide a resolution to any return as we deem fit. Every product return is handled on a case-to-case basis. Please get in touch with our us for any such resolution.
- Refunds will not be provided if incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been provided by customer. There are three attempts made by our delivery partners, and no refund will be done if the recipient refuses to accept the package.
- If customers of International Orders refuse to pay their respective country’s Duty of shipment and fails to collect the order from the shipping agency, then It’s About Crafts will not be liable to refund any amount to such customers.
- While taking delivery of a package, please ensure it is in good condition and has not been damaged in transit. In case you receive a damaged package, take photographs of the damaged package first, and retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) even after unboxing the package. If the package is damaged, mentioned ‘damaged’ on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received’. After unboxing, if the product is also found to be damaged, reach out to us mentioning details about the damaged product with photographs.
- In case of returns, shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to our return address
- It’s About Crafts will not take responsibility of any returned product sent by the customer during return shipping transit, unless the item is received by us.
- It’s About Crafts holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued after it has received the product.
If your product meets our return policy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- By email at itsaboutcrafts@gmail.com with your order number, delivery address and images of the damaged delivered or defective item
- Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained for return
- Retain the original packaging of the damaged product and ship it back using the same
- Take care to package the product as much as possible, so that there is no further damage while return shipping
- It’s About Crafts will not be liable for any further damage to the product during return shipping as we will compare it with the photographs sent of the original damage
- Our customer care team will review the return request and revert within 48 working hours
